By registering or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Purpose of the Service
Mangalaads.lk provides a platform for individuals seeking marriage to connect based on mutual preferences. All interactions and progressions in relationships are based solely on mutual consent between parties.
Mangalaads.lk is not responsible for any disputes, losses, or issues (financial or otherwise) that may arise as a result of connections made through our platform.
2. Verification of Information
We do not verify the personal details submitted by users (e.g., marital status, occupation, income, etc.).
It is your sole responsibility to verify the authenticity of any information before forming a relationship with another member.
3. Eligibility
Only individuals aged 18 or above are allowed to register and use our services.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Use a strong and secure password.
Mangalaads.lk is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.
5. Ownership and Use of Content
Users are prohibited from copying or using other members’ photos or information without permission.
Any misuse of images or data is solely the responsibility of the individual who engaged in such action. Mangalaads.lk disclaims all liability.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information provided by members is kept confidential.
However, if required by law, we will disclose information to relevant authorities.
7. False Information
Creating accounts using false photos, names, or phone numbers is strictly prohibited.
If you discover a profile with false information, report it to us, and we will take appropriate action.
The individual who entered the false information will be held fully accountable for any resulting issues.
8. Suspension or Termination of Account
Mangalaads.lk reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that:
Contains fake details
Uses unauthorized photos or phone numbers
Engages in fraud or financial transactions through the service
Harasses or misleads other users
Users are allowed to maintain only one account on the platform.
9. Account Deletion
You may request to delete your account via our website or mobile app.
Your personal data (photos, contact number, ID, etc.) will be removed after 180 days of your deletion request for safety and verification purposes.
During this period, your profile will not be visible or accessible.
Note: You will not be able to create new accounts during or after this deletion period.
10. Refund Policy
Fees paid for any services or membership are non-refundable, including cancellations made by the user.
11. Changes to Terms
Mangalaads.lk may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
12. Jurisdiction
All users of Mangalaads.lk are considered to be entering into an agreement governed under Sri Lankan law.

13. Dispute Resolution
All disputes related to Mangalaads.lk services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Sri Lankan Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995, before a panel of three (3) arbitrators in Colombo.
14. Dealing with Users
It is your responsibility to respect and abide by the privacy and wishes of other users contacted through advertisements on this website. Please note that if they are not interested in you, insulting them, misusing their personal information, or continuing to contact them even when they have ignored you or have stated that they are not interested, this is a violation of the privacy of those users and appropriate action will be taken.

නියම සහ කොන්දේසි
ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සාර්ථකම මංගල දැන්වීම් වෙබ් අඩවිය වන Mangalaads.lk වෙත සාදරයෙන් පිළිගනිමු.
අපගේ සේවාවන් ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමෙන් හෝ භාවිතා කිරීමෙන්, ඔබ පහත නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි වලට එකඟ වේ:
1. සේවාවේ අරමුණ
Mangalaads.lk විවාහය අපේක්ෂා කරන පුද්ගලයින්ට අන්‍යෝන්‍ය මනාපයන් මත සම්බන්ධ වීමට වේදිකාවක් සපයයි. සබඳතාවල සියලුම අන්තර්ක්‍රියා සහ ප්‍රගතිය තනිකරම පාර්ශවයන් අතර අන්‍යෝන්‍ය එකඟතාවය මත පදනම් වේ.
Mangalaads.lk අපගේ වේදිකාව හරහා ඇති කර ගත් සම්බන්ධතා හේතුවෙන් ඇති විය හැකි ආරවුල්, විශ්වාස කඩකිරීම්, වංචා හෝ ගැටළු (මූල්‍ය හෝ වෙනත්) සඳහා අප ආයතනය විසින් වග කියනු නොලබන බවට කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
2. තොරතුරු තහවුරු කිරීම
පරිශීලකයින් විසින් ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු අපි සත්‍යාපනය නොකරමු (උදා. විවාහක තත්ත්වය, රැකියාව, ආදායම, ආදිය).
වෙනත් සාමාජිකයෙකු සමඟ සම්බන්ධතාවයක් ඇති කර ගැනීමට පෙර ඕනෑම තොරතුරක සත්‍යතාව තහවුරු කිරීම ඔබේ එකම වගකීමකි.
3. සුදුසුකම්
අපගේ සේවාවන් ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමට සහ භාවිතා කිරීමට අවසර ඇත්තේ වයස අවුරුදු 18 හෝ ඊට වැඩි පුද්ගලයින්ට පමණි.
4. ගිණුම් ආරක්ෂාව
ඔබගේ ගිණුමේ ආරක්ෂාව පවත්වාගෙන යාමේ වගකීම ඔබ සතුය.
ශක්තිමත් සහ ආරක්ෂිත මුරපදයක් භාවිතා කරන්න.
ඔබගේ නොසැලකිල්ල නිසා ඇතිවන අනවසර ප්‍රවේශයන් සඳහා Mangalaads.lk වගකියනු නොලැබේ.
5. අන්තර්ගතයේ හිමිකාරිත්වය සහ භාවිතය
පරිශීලකයින්ට අවසරයකින් තොරව වෙනත් සාමාජිකයින්ගේ ඡායාරූප හෝ තොරතුරු පිටපත් කිරීම හෝ භාවිතා කිරීම තහනම් වේ.
යම්කිසි කෙනෙකු ඡායාරූප හෝ දත්ත අනිසි ලෙස භාවිතා කළහොත් එහි වරදකාරීත්වය එවැනි ක්‍රියාවක නිරත වූ පුද්ගලයා සතු වන අතර ඔබගේ ඡායාරූප හා අනෙකුත් තොරතුරු ඔබගේ ස්වකැමැත්තෙන් පළ කරන බැවින් එහි වගකීම Mangalaads.lk විසින් බාර ගනු නොලබයි.
6. පෞද්ගලිකත්වය සහ රහස්‍යභාවය
ඔබ විසින් ලබා දෙනු ලබන තොරතුරු පමණක් අප වෙබ් අඩවියේ පලකර ලබන අතර යම් කිරි තොරතුරක් ඉවත් කිරීමට හෝ වෙනස් කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය නම් අප වෙත දැනුම් දීමක් සිදුකර එය සම්පූර්ණ කර ගත හැක. තවද දැන්වීමේහි පලකිරීමට අකමැති ඔබගේ පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු වල රහස්‍යභාවය අප විසින් සුරකිනු ලබන අතර, කෙසේ වෙතත්, නීතිමය අවශ්‍යතාමත ඉල්ලීමක් කළහොත්, අදාළ බලධාරීන්ට තොරතුරු හෙළි කිරීමට අප බැඳී සිටින බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
7. වැරදි තොරතුරු
ව්‍යාජ ඡායාරූප, නම් හෝ දුරකථන අංක භාවිත කර ගිණුම් නිර්මාණය කිරීම සපුරා තහනම් වේ. තවද කිසිවෙක් ඔබගේ අවසරයකින් තොරව අප වෙබ් අඩවියේ දැන්වීමක් පලකර පවත්වාගෙන යන්නේ නම් එය අපට වාර්තා කර, සුදුසු ක්‍රියාමාර්ග ගැනීමට කටයුතු කල හැකිය.
අසත්‍ය තොරතුරු ඇතුළත් කළ පුද්ගලයා ප්‍රතිඵලයක් ලෙස ඇති වන ගැටලු සඳහා සම්පූර්ණ වගකීම දරනු ඇත.
8. ගිණුම අත්හිටුවීම හෝ අවසන් කිරීම
Mangalaads.lk අප ආයතනයට පහත සඳහන් ඕනෑම ගිණුමක් අත්හිටුවීමට හෝ සම්පූර්ණයෙන් ඉවත් කිරීමට අයිතිය ඇත.
• ව්‍යාජ විස්තර අඩංගු දැන්වීම හා ගිණුම්.
• අනවසර ඡායාරූප හෝ දුරකථන අංක භාවිතා කිරීම.
• සේවාව හරහා වංචා හෝ මුල්‍ය ගණුදෙණු වල නිරත වීම.
• වෙනත් පරිශීලකයින්ට හිරිහැර කිරීම හෝ නොමඟ යැවිම.
• පරිශීලකයින්ට වේදිකාවේ එක් ගිණුමක් පමණක් පවත්වාගෙන යාමට අවසර ඇත.
• විවාහ අරමුණු නොකරගත් කටයුතු වෙනුවෙන් අප වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීම.
9. ගිණුම හෝ දැන්වීම සම්පූර්ණයෙන් ඉවත් කිරීම
අපගේ විද්‍යුත් තැපෑල, දුරකථන අංකය whatsapp යෙදවුම හරහ සම්බන්ද ඔබගේ ගිණුම හෝ දැන්වීම ඉවත් කිරීමට ඔබට ඉල්ලා සිටිය හැක.
ඔබගේ පුද්ගලික දත්ත (ඡායාරූප, සම්බන්ධතා අංකය, හැඳුනුම්පත හා වෙනත් තොරතුරු) ආරක්ෂාව සහ සත්‍යාපන අරමුණු සඳහා ඔබගේ මකාදැමීමේ ඉල්ලීමෙන් දින 90කට පසුව ඉවත් කරනු ලැබේ.
මෙම කාල සීමාව තුළදී , ඔබගේ ගිණුම අක්‍රිය තත්ත්වයේ පවතිනු ඇත.
ඔබට නැවත ගිණුමක් හෝ දැන්වීමක් පලකිරීමට අවශ්‍ය නම්, එය අලුත් දැන්වීමක් ලෙස් සලකා කටයුතු කිරීමට සිදු වෙනු ලබන බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
10. මුදල් ආපසු ගෙවීමේ ප්‍රතිපත්තිය
පරිශීලකයා විසින් කරන ලද අවලංගු කිරීම් ඇතුළුව ඕනෑම සේවාවක් හෝ සාමාජිකත්වයක් සඳහා ගෙවන ගාස්තු කිසිඳු හේතුවනක් මත අපසු ගෙවනු නොලබන බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
11. නියම හා කොන්දේසි යාවත්කාලීන කිරීම්
Mangalaads.lk විසින් පූර්ව දැනුම්දීමකින් තොරව ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක මෙම නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි වෙනස් කිරීමට හෝ යාවත්කාලීන කිරීමට හැකිය. සේවාව අඛණ්ඩව භාවිතා කිරීම සඳහා එවැනි ඕනෑම වෙනස් කිරීමක් ඔබ විසින් පිළිගත යුතු වේ.
12. නීතිමය පැතිකඩ
Mangalaads.lk හි සියලුම පරිශීලකයින් ශ්‍රී ලංකා නීතිය යටතේ පාලනය වන ගිවිසුමකට එළැඹෙන බව සලකනු ලැබේ.
13. ආරවුල් විසඳීම
Mangalaads.lk සේවාවන්ට අදාළ සියලුම ආරවුල් 1995 අංක 11 දරන ශ්‍රී ලංකා බේරුම්කරණ පනතට අනුකූලව නිරාකරණය සඳහා තිදෙනෙකුගෙන් (3) සමන්විත මණ්ඩලයක් ඉදිරියේ කොළඹදී විභාගයට ගනු ලැබේ.
14. පරිශීලකයන් හා කටයුතු කිරීම
අපව සම්බන්ඳ කරගන්න
ඔබට මෙම නියමයන් පිළිබඳව කිසියම් ගැටළුවක් ඇත්නම්, අප හා සම්බන්ධ වී විමසීම් සිදු කරන්න:
